Terms of service

By using trynua.dev or the Nua service you agree to these terms with Nua AI, Inc. If your company has signed a separate agreement with us (most of our customers have), that agreement wins wherever the two differ.

Nua finds and reproduces bugs in your app and hands your team fix prompts. Access is granted per team. The service keeps improving, so we may update or discontinue parts of it as it evolves, and we will tell you when we do.

You may only connect apps, accounts, and credentials you own or are authorized to test. Pointing Nua at systems you do not have permission to test is not allowed, full stop. You are responsible for having the right to share any test credentials and context you provide.

You own your recordings, findings, context, and credentials. You give us the license we need to store and process them to run the service for you, and nothing more. How we handle them is covered in the privacy policy.

• No unlawful use, and no testing systems without authorization.
• No reselling or providing the service to third parties without our agreement.
• No attempting to break, probe, or overload the service itself.

The service is provided as-is. Nua finds and reproduces bugs; it does not promise to find every bug, and its findings and fix prompts are inputs to your team's judgment, not a replacement for it. Your devs review and land every fix.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages.

You can stop using Nua and close your account at any time, and we delete your data per the privacy policy. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will say why.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where Nua AI, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
